Methodology
How the marketplace workflow is designed
About us explains the purpose. Methodology explains the operating process buyers, sellers, and admin move through.
1. Applications are reviewed first
Companies apply for buyer access, seller access, or both. Admin reviews contact details, market fit, and any requested documents before approval.
2. Stock is structured before it goes live
Sellers can submit stock manually or through the one-sheet upload template. Admin checks quantities, categories, size breakdowns, location, shipping readiness, and brand sensitivity.
3. Buyers see protected listing information
Approved buyers can browse private B2B lots with enough detail to judge interest, while sensitive seller contact information remains controlled by the platform.
4. Enquiries stay attached to the lot
Buyer interest, requested quantity, destination port, shipping timeline, and message history stay connected to the listing so admin can follow up and close the deal efficiently.
5. Admin controls release and moderation
The platform can approve, hide, flag, mark sold, archive old lots, or move a listing under negotiation. Contact release happens only when the platform decides it is appropriate.
